Miss America Opportunity Leadership made revisions to the Delegate Contract in late February 2026. As such, ALL CONTESTANTS who submitted your delegate contract prior to February 25, 2026 MUST re-execute and re-submit your Delegate Contract. If applicable, you will receive an email with the Delegate Contract link.

Attachments and Exhibits to the Delegate Contract
Unfortunately, for nearly all contestants, we are missing required eligibility proof documentation, or the Google Drive or Dropbox link provided with the contestant contract was missing, defective, or was not made public. As such, ALL CONTESTANTS need to submit the required proof documents in the upload sections below.
1. Proof of Citizenship*: Copy of Birth Certificate, Passport, or Naturalized Citizenship Certificate
2. Proof of Age*: Copy of Birth Certificate, Driver's License, Driver's Permit, State ID, or Passport
3. Eligibility to Compete*:

- IF CLAIMING ELIGIBILITY AS AN IOWA RESIDENT: (1) Copy of Driver's License or State ID AND (2) Copy of mortgage, lease, utility bill, tax filing, etc. to document proof of residency. See acceptable items for proof in Exhibit C to the Delegate Contract.
- IF CLAIMING ELIGIBILITY BASED ON EMPLOYMENT: Paystubs, W-2s forms, income tax filing, or other documentation to prove full-time employment (40 hrs per week).
- IF CLAIMING ELIGIBILITY AS AN FULL TIME STUDENT IN IOWA: Copy of Registrar information to document enrollment showing full-time status, transcript for classes to date, OR degree awarded, if applicable.
