Miss America Opportunity Leadership made revisions to the Delegate Contract in late February 2026. As such, ALL CONTESTANTS who submitted your delegate contract prior to February 25, 2026 MUST re-execute and re-submit your Delegate Contract. If this requirement applies to you, we'll send you an email with the updated Delegate Contract link.
The Additional Documents to be submitted are provided below. Documents should be submitted in PDF format. PLEASE include your name in the document file name; for example Doe, Jane. Scholarship Rules.pdf.

Attachments and Exhibits to the Delegate Contract
Unfortunately, for nearly all contestants, we are missing required eligibility proof documentation, or the Google Drive or Dropbox link provided with the contestant contract was missing, defective, or was not made public. As such, ALL CONTESTANTS need to submit the required proof documents in the upload sections below.
1. Proof of Citizenship*: Copy of Birth Certificate, Passport, or Naturalized Citizenship Certificate
2. Proof of Age*: Copy of Birth Certificate, Driver's License, Driver's Permit, State ID, or Passport
3. Eligibility to Compete (Resident, Employment, OR Student)*:

- IF CLAIMING ELIGIBILITY AS AN FULL TIME STUDENT IN IOWA: Copy of Registrar information to document enrollment showing full-time status, transcript for classes to date, OR degree awarded, if applicable.
